Our Free Movement Screen
1. Free Movement Screen & Consultation
Start your journey with a complimentary movement screen and consultation. During this 90-minute session, we’ll get to know you, assess your movements, and identify your strengths and areas for improvement.
2. Personalized Feedback
After your session, we’ll create a personalized video summarizing your results. This video highlights your strengths and areas where we can help you grow, giving you a clear starting point to track your progress over time.
3. Tailored Program Creation
Using the insights from your movement screen, we’ll design a custom program just for you. Whether it’s building strength, improving mobility, or recovering from an injury, your plan will be made to help you reach your goals.

Can I still workout if I have no prior fitness experience?Yes! Many of our clients are new to exercise and have seen great results. We adjust our fitness programming for your experience level and your personal goals.

How do you ensure the safety and effectiveness of exercise during training sessions?We hold ourselves to the highest standards of safety. All our trainers have post-secondary education. as well as certification through the Canadian Society For Exercise Physiology (CSEP).

Are there any long-term contracts or commitments?There are no long-term contracts or sign-up fees! Once you choose your package, you have an unlimited amount of time to complete it. There is never any pressure to rush through your sessions before a set deadline.

How often will I meet with my trainer?The frequency of training is up to you! While we do recommend 2 times a week for optimal results, many of our clients come in 1 time or 3 times a week.

Can I switch between online and in-person training if my schedule changes?Definitely! We have many clients that do so. Let us know when you're making the change, and we can appropriately adjust your workout.
